Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our consignment process
Am I allowed to bid on my own cards?
NO! You are not allowed to bid on your own cards. All shows are screen recorded in entirety and if you are caught doing so, all of your cards and funds from sales of them will be forfeited. By submitting, you agree to this.
Do I need to ship my cards in magnetic one-touches?
No! We provide these as part of our service, so long as you follow our minimum value requirement when submitting. We recommend sending your cards in normal toploaders/card savers.
What types of UFC cards do you accept?
We accept all UFC trading cards that meet our minimum value requirement of $10+ per card. We do not accept unauthenticated autographs. Any damage on any cards will be disclosed on our stream during the auction.
How should I package my cards for shipment?
Please make sure to ship your cards securely to prevent damage in transit. You must include the provided packing slip inside the package, submissions without a packing slip will be returned to the sender.
What do I have to do after shipping you the cards?
Nothing! Once you ship the cards and upload tracking, we take care of the rest and you get updated every single step of the way via your submission dashboard.
Are the payout percentages per card?
The payout percentages are on a per submission total basis, not per card.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of cards I can submit?
There is no minimum, however there is a maximum of 50 cards per standard submission (or 15 cards for Express submissions). You may have up to 3 active submissions at a time. All cards must meet our minimum value requirements as outlined in our submission guidelines.
What is an Express Submission?
Express submissions are prioritized and processed within the next scheduled show (must be delivered by Wednesday to be in that week's show, otherwise the following week). They have a maximum of 15 cards and a $5 per card processing fee (instead of the standard $1). Choose Express if you want your cards sold faster!
How will I know the status of my submission?
We update your submission via your portal through three key stages: received → show_queued → show_complete. Once your cards are sold, you'll receive a full breakdown of the sale prices and fees deducted. This helps ensure full transparency throughout the consignment process.
When will my cards be sold once they arrive?
We cannot guarantee an exact sale date for your submission. However, we aim to sell them in the time displayed on the Current Wait Time homepage banner. We always try our best to process and sell submissions as efficiently as possible, but timing may vary depending on volume. We suggest using the Express submission option for higher value submissions.
How do I get paid?
We do payouts every week! Your funds will be automatically deposited/transferred to you via your preferred payout option you chose at the time of submission.
What happens if my package arrives to you visibly damaged?
If your package arrives with visible damage to the exterior (e.g., torn, crushed, or soaked packaging), we will not open it. Instead, it will be returned to you unopened. This is to protect both you and us in case items inside were lost or damaged during shipping.
Can I request my cards back after sending them in?
No. Once your cards are shipped to us and received, they cannot be returned. All submissions will be processed and sold as part of our consignment program. Please only send cards you are fully committed to consigning.
Are you responsible if my package is lost or damaged in transit on it's way to you?
No. We are not responsible for any issues that occur before your package is received and opened at our facility. You are solely responsible for your shipment, we recommend using insurance for all submissions.
What if my cards sell for less than expected?
We are not responsible for final sale prices. All items are sold via $1 start auctions, and we reserve the right to group, combine, or list items using the auction formats and settings we believe will optimize performance. By consigning with us, you acknowledge and accept that market demand within the stream ultimately determines the sale price. Consign at your own risk.
In the event of Whatnot seller promotions, do you still charge the 11% fee?
Yes. The 11% Whatnot fee is charged to the consignor regardless of any ongoing Whatnot promotions. This helps us cover giveaways and marketing to get more eyes on your cards.
What do discount codes apply to?
The discount codes apply to the dollar amount that ends up being charged for our commission. It does not apply to any other fees besides our commission. Example: If our commission on a submission ends up being $100, a 15% off coupon would drop that to $85 and everything else would remain the same.
What happens if any of my cards are below your $10 minimum value?
Any cards that do not meet our $10 minimum value (per eBay sold listings) will be returned to the return address on the submission. We are not liable for any damage/loss on return shipments. A $25 flat fee will be applied to any submissions that require a full/partial return.
